In a career less than one decade old, Courtney has experienced commerce media from all perspectives: brand (while at PepsiCo), ad platform (Google) and retail (Kroger’s 84.51).
Since April 2021, Courtney has put that experience to excellent use at Mars United Commerce where — in less than three years — she grew beyond her original role as Kroger specialist to become an indispensable leader in the retail media practice.
By fall 2022, Courtney had earned a promotion to VP-Commerce Media, which put her in charge of the agency’s fastest-growing and strategically vital practice — and placed her among the youngest VPs in our history. She gained greater responsibility in 2023 as her team doubled in size and played a key role in six new-client wins.
Courtney’s expertise doesn’t just benefit Mars United. She leads the team that produces the agency’s Retail Media Report Card franchise, is a fixture on industry stages, helped the IAB develop its measurement standards, and regularly advises retail media networks on strategy.
“Courtney is an expert in commerce media,” praises Albertsons Media Collective Vice President Claire Wyatt. “A master of both tactical execution and high-level thinking, she’s a person you want at the table and has become a well-respected industry voice.”
